How does it work?
First, we meet for a free, informal discovery call over Zoom, where we can talk about your motivation and whether ADHD coaching is the right thing for you at this moment.
Then, if we both are sure we'd like to work together, we'll set up a rhythm of online meetings and sign a coaching contract.
My job is then to get myself out of the job :) I'll be there to help you find strategies that work for you and help you create a sustainable way to deal with similar challenges so that you don't need my support anymore.
