ADHD coaching is a structured, forward-focused process designed for people whose brains resist structure.
It combines self-awareness, practical design, and accountability — not to suppress your ADHD traits, but to use them intelligently.

Instead of “coping strategies,” we develop operating systems that fit the way your mind works — so you can make decisions faster, delegate better, and think with intention.

What happens in a session

We meet online every one or two weeks. You bring what’s current – a project,
a decision, a recurring obstacle.
Together, we slow down the mental noise, identify the real friction point, and design small experiments that shift momentum immediately.

It’s not therapy, and it’s not time management training. It’s an ongoing conversation about how to lead and live with an unique brain that doesn’t follow standard rules.
