About me
I divide my time between Prague and a small German village – between city buzz and quiet forests – and somewhere in that in-between, I found my purpose: helping bright minds with ADHD traits make life work on their terms.
Finding out about my ADHD after forty was like discovering the missing page of a manual I’d been improvising my whole life.
I finally understood why I could dream up complex ideas yet struggle to explain them. So instead of talking more, I learned to listen.
I’ve stopped trying to tame my curiosity and decided to follow it instead – into a second university degree, ADHD coaching studies, and countless deep dives into topics that capture my attention.
Having worked closely with leaders for years, I know how leadership can be both exhilarating and isolating. My role was often to offer a grounded perspective – to listen, to question, and to say what others wouldn’t. Coaching now lets me bring that same partnership to the person behind the role.
Again and again, I’ve seen how powerful it is when people can think out loud without fear of being misunderstood. That’s what ADHD coaching makes possible – turning self-awareness into clarity, and clarity into meaningful results.
